Dear Rocco Mamas, your service has always been the best and I think your vegetarian burger is the best in town. As per my usual Saturday night ritual I ordered the veg burger as take away. When my delivery arrived I was surprised by my delivery being accompanied by a much-too-smaller-packet-for-a-burger packet. When I got inside and looked at it, I couldn’t help but smile from ear to ear. My puppy really enjoyed her biscuit and I thank you for being so thoughtful. As someone who loves her animals to a point where it disgusts and annoys most around me, to be able to find those with the same appreciation I have for my animals you made me an even happier customer than ever�� Thank you Rocco Mamas as well as Beenos

I have few things I look for when I walk through the doors of a restaurant. 1- Meet and greet.... That when I walk through the door I am recognised as a client and the communication of how long it will take to be seated. 2- Service delivery of a product as advertised. 3- the staff are knowledgeable and that even includes what is not available on a day!! Well done guys you pass with flying colours!!
